Red Wine Cheesecake Brownies

A creamy icing tops this rich brownie recipe.  The incredible smell of these brownies baking in the oven is only topped by the taste!


1 Package Chocolate Red Wine Mix 
¾ Cup Oil 
3 Eggs 
2 Tbsp. Red Wine 
2 8 oz. Package Cream Cheese, softened 
½ Cup Sugar 


Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 

Prepare an 8x8 baking dish by lining it with parchment paper and spraying with cooking spray. 

In a medium bowl, combine cake mix, oil, 2 eggs and red wine.  Pour mixture into prepared baking dish. 

In another medium bowl, combine cream cheese, egg, and sugar.  Mix until smooth.  Pour on top of brownie mixture.  Spread over entire pan until fully covered. 

Bake brownies for 25-30 minutes.  A toothpick should come out clean when inserted.  

Remove brownies from oven and let cool.  Cut into squares or use a heart cookie cutter and cut into hearts!
